Mike is trained in all aspects of the development process, including site selection, design, construction, legal supervision, financing, leasing, marketing and property management. In 2008, Michael formed CANAdev, one of the premiere boutique retail experience firms in the country, working with top brands, tenants and landlords.

SHANNON DONOVAN
MARKETPLACE MANAGER

Originally from Wilmington, DE, Shannon moved to North Carolina in 2016 to attend High Point University. She is a two-time graduate of the University, having earned a BA in Event Management and an MA in Strategic Communication. With Shannon’s expertise in events and marketing, and her familiarity with the locals and students in High Point, she joined the CANAdev team in September 2021 as a Marketplace Manager for Stock + Grain Assembly, the city’s first food hall.

COREY CAPUTO LEASING ASSOCIATE Originally from the Northeast, Corey is a Hofstra University graduate and is currently pursuing his real estate license. Prior to CANAdev, Corey worked in sales and hospitality for industry-leading Fortune 500 companies. His recent move to Baltimore has inspired his passion for real estate. He now assists CANADev’s Leasing team with projects in PA, MD and DC.

ERICKA EDWARDS
MARKETPLACE MANAGER

Born in Glendale, CA and raised in Winston-Salem, NC, Ericka holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Before joining CANAdev, she held positions ranging from yoga instructor and plant-based chef to Corporate Event Planner and General Manager. She now uses her diverse background to engage with the community in and around Stock + Grain Assembly to create a unique experience. Ericka is passionate about the growth of High Point and the success of small businesses.
